About the artist

Lupo is a self-taught artist living and working on the unceded ancestral lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Sel̓íl̓witulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. His focus is expressive painting and sculpture using texture, shape, color and motion to explore human emotions. Lupo's work is inspired by the depth and beauty of human experience, and by the ways in which creativity can foster connection, healing, dialogue, resistance and change. His subject matter ranges from joy and celebration to pain and isolation. Lupo is thrilled to share his work with you.
